Create, manage and print your invoices
Invoices is a Mac application that helps small businesses handle their payments. Thanks to an all inclusive interface you get a clear list of all your invoices and a clear preview window. From the top left side of the interface you can quickly view your customers, items and notes. Invoices works fairly smoothly and adding and organizing your invoices is all very streamlined. We liked in particular the autofill feature, very useful since invoices can resemble one another. Users will also appreciate the fact that Invoices automatically calculates taxes for you. You can also include private or bottom notes to specific invoices.
Overall Invoices was fairly easy to use and I had no difficulty creating invoices and organizing my list. I quite liked how you can view them by payed or unpayed and the number of filters available in the program. If there was one thing missing from the program however it would be late invoices and partial payments management.
Invoices is a solid solution for anybody looking for a quick and easy way to manage their invoices.
